Surveys capture elevation changes, contour lines, surface gradients, vegetation, drainage patterns, utilities, boundary positions, and existing structures using advanced total stations, GNSS technology, and drone-based LiDAR where appropriate.

The resulting digital terrain models (DTMs) and contour plans provide a precise representation of existing site conditions, forming a critical foundation for engineering design, infrastructure planning, and land development projects.
